Issue: Increased Demand from Clientele Reduced Budget$

Goal: Enhanced Capacity  Using web based interactive video Extension clientele will need only to commute to their local county extension office and join with other clientele in their respective communities from across the states and nation in simultaneous workshops, seminars, and discussions.
