Contributions can be made at any time, in writing, to the WSIS Executive Secretariat and will be posted on the website ( Stakeholders (private sector, civil society and multilateral organizations etc.) can speak during the meetings at the equally allocated time/slot* *The speaking slots can be allocated internally (e.g., five multilateral organizations can speak on a certain day), which requires some advance thought and coordination by similar-types of stakeholders

Main activities: 1.Conduct a survey in the ASP region to determine current status, activities and structures related to ICT strategies; 2.Access the feasibility for a regional project to assist the individual countries in consolidation of their ICT structures 3.Define a feasible regional approach and resources required to provide the support

Main activities: 1.Upgrading the WinBASMS, as per instruction given in WTDC-2002, WTDC-98 Res. No. 9,. to resolve the Winbasms limitations. 2.Present the upgraded Winbasms to interested countries.
