What has stayed the same (so far)? Validation arrangements No up front fees Recognition of widening participation/social mobility Institutional structures

The impact on HE in FE Decisions on price. Will it always be cheaper? Student choice based on career progression Students seek to reduce costs by staying at home Greater recognition that work and study can be combined Will HEI/FEC partnerships continue at least in their present form?
