1. Framework: EURECA - Enhancing University Research and Entrepreneurial Capacity 2. Goal: to create and develop ITMO knowledge-based innovation hub for internationalization of technology transfer and commercialization 3. Areas of joint projects:  International IP protection  Marketing  Seed and venture funding 4. Implementation period: 2011 – Partnership budget:  USRF budget: 0,5 mln USD  ITMO contribution: 1,6 mln USD ITMO-UCLA strategic partnership
