The Small Enterprise Development Agency (seda) was established through the enactment of the National Small Business Act of 1996, as amended, and incorporates Ntsika Enterprise Promotion Agency (Ntsika), the National Manufacturing Advice Centre Trust (Namac Trust), and the Community Public Private Partnership Programme (CPPP). What is seda?

VISION  To be a centre of excellence for small enterprise development in South Africa

MISSION  To promote, develop and support small enterprises to ensure their growth and sustainability

Approximately 20% of seda’s focus will be on Medium enterprises whilst the Small, Micro (Formal, Informal) and co- operative enterprises will get 80% of the Agency’s focus Target Market
