May 2012 Updates: Art project in progress

Alma did some small artistic exploration with pencils and new fish shaped markers, but her main project was a big abstract picture that she had on the aisle for a few weeks and kept adding to with various media.

She used markers, brushes, oil pastels, stamps, ink, stickers and pencils She drew this scribble and explained it is a “girl angry with a banana”

Alma has an excellent pencil grip, as she copies her big sister

When Alma saw on TV a song about drawing a rainbow she quickly went to the paper and added more details
