Direct Deposit can be turned off for the entire payroll. Your default delivery method is displayed, but can be changed as needed. Starting a New Payroll Dates are automatically updated for you.

Both lists can be sorted several orders. Scheduled pays, deductions, and default hours are optional by employee. Choosing Employees to Pay To pay terminated employees, just pick them from the list. Employees to choose from are on the left, chosen employees are on the right. There are multiple ways to choose employees: in batch, one at a time, or all.

The grid can be customized to show particular earnings for each employee. Entering Check Data Once checks are created, you can then enter hours and other details. Complete details for each check can be displayed.
