What are the common challenges in relation to change management for nursing informatics regardless of country of origin? Exercise 1 Create a concept map on the common challenges relating to change management. Create a table and summarize in a short discussion forum what you think are the similarities/differences in health systems between Australia and your own country. Exercise 2 Write a reflective piece in response to the following question Is eHealth changing current health care models? If so what do you think they may look like in the future?
