 Why Nano Tech Solar Cells:  1- Flexibility.  2- Cheap Price.  3- Easy to Manufacture.  4- Certain Wavelength Absorption.

 Parameters Studied in this Paper :  1- Deposition Temperature.  2- Annealing Temperature (After Deposition )  3- Water Concentration.  4- Thickness.

 Main Conclusions : 1-Annealing Temperature REDUCES Band Gap Dramatically. 2-Incresing Deposition temperature REDUCES Band Gap. 3-Band Gap INCREASES Linearly with Water Concentration. 4-Thicker Samples Have a Better Short Circuit Current, but Less Open Circuit Voltage. 5-Conversion Efficiency at Higher Degrees is BETTER, Its Peak at Nearly Mid-Range of Visible Region is Promising in Solar Cells Applications. 6-TiO2 Exhibits GOOD Conversion Characteristics at HIGH Temperatures (Deposition & Annealing ).
