What is CareConnect? CareConnect: – Is UCLA’s electronic health record (EHR) program – Integrates inpatient and outpatient clinical records with appointments, registration, billing, and other business-related functions – Is a single system that will integrate the functions of 65 current systems – Is based on software provided by Epic Systems Corp., which is modified to accommodate how we work at UCLA Health System 8/21/20152
