TWO WHEELER SELF SIDE STAND PROJECT MEMBER:- N.KAMAL (85909144004) S.ARAVINDANATHAN (85909144501) PROJECT GUIDE:- Mr. SURENDAR.G M .Tech., (Head of the dept of mechanical engineering)

ABSTRACT In now a days two wheelers plays a important role in transport. Due to humans carelessness accidents happening. In that most important in due to forget to hold this side stand in two wheeler. In earlier days buzzer method in used for remedy in this case and next gear pedal method. But two methods are not efficient. In now a days people are most of them want simple operation. So we designed fully automatic self side stand method. It’s most efficient compared to other, While we switch on the bike. By self start method is used start this vehicle. By using this method we can relieve this side stand from it’s position easily.

INTRODUCTION Our aim of prevent the two wheeler accident in our project. Now a day people transport one place to another place using mostly two wheeler vehicle. Same time late of accident in rods in human careless of side stand un hold . We requirement this problem so solve in this our project. For self transmission system it is sufficient to rotate at 1500 rpm. A pinion having gear ratio with the teeth on flywheel of 15:1 ratio. We can be used drive the flywheel. So that high torque is required to start the self transmission system then lift the side stand.

LITERTURE SURVEY In current status compare to other project through internet, But in our project this new creation by more the advantage if due to our project. First look the figure is old model and failure model.

GEAR PEDAL METHOD Author: DANIEL SIMONS. Gear pedal method is the all two wheeler are not suitable trouble shooting problem.

BUZZER METHOD Author: GORILLA Buzzer method is always so high noise pollution from any one two wheeler vehicle user

INDICATOR METHOD Author: christopher Indicator method is the electric device so any one problem cannot reuse.

WORK IN PROGRESS FLOW CHART DECEMBER:- Select the suitable project name distribute the separate work our project member. JANUARY:- To create the block diagram two wheeler self side stand using power point to complete them. FEBRUARY:- The design work for initial condition and always material collections for initial condition. This month end design and fabrication works complete in our project. MARCH:- The full project work design, fabrication and record work surely finished.
