The Committee on Statistics of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan

 Statistical register of housing stock is created in 2000 year for the purpose of collecting, processing and data storage on premises for production and distribution in statistical data.  Statistical register of housing stock intends for: - formation of statistical information on housing stock (availability, condition, commissioning, disposal); - sample design for household surveys.

 Units of account of SRHS are all houses and dwellings (apartments) in the territory of Kazakhstan.  To them refer: living room (apartment); single-family (individual) house; duplex house; three and more apartment house.

The sources of updating of the statistical register of housing stock Statistical register of housing stock data on the registered houses from the State database "Register of Real Estate" in the online mode; data on accident rate of houses from local executive agencies; data on houses and premises (apartments) on rural areas on the basis of registration records of the household account from local executive agencies.
