Make sure that you eat the right foods and quantities to match the amount of energy you are using up.

However, many people don't get enough fibre. This results in an unclean gut and an unregular digestive system. Fibre comes in the form of fruit, vegetables, nuts and dried fruits. It is anything that grows.
