Looked After Children Sub-group Outcomes Services for Looked After Children will be safe. Services and payment for Looked After Children will be consistent across England.

Services will be safe To develop a briefing for the NHS and Local Authorities that sets out the expectations for commissioners and providers. Produce a guide for Looked after Children and CAMHS for commissioners. Act as a repository for learning from inspections for Looked After Children. Act as a corporate parent.

Services and payment will be consistent across England To develop standard approach to health Assessments: Identify best practice. Agree a model of health assessments. Work alongside NHS England and the RCN to develop PbR and costings.
