We Heard You! Action Items:  Can everyone see & hear? Not always.  Is the meeting room comfortably heated & cooled? Not always.  Does the content meet your needs & interests? Not always.

What We’ve Done So Far  Changed layout to include classroom seating up front  Asked all presenters to use microphones  Assigned someone to monitor room temp & comfort & ask for feedback

What Remains To Be Done  Improve presentation content  Add greater variety of topics  Use additional presenters (not the same 1 or 2)

Biggest New Change! Establish a CONTENT Committee  Quarterly meetings to brainstorm ideas  Plan 3 months’ worth of topics in advance  Take pulse of membership for useful/interesting content

Will YOU Help Us Make TMUG Better?
