“I will establish My covenant between Me and you, And I will multiply you exceedingly. Genesis 17:2

I have made you exceedingly fruitful, and I will make nations of you, and kings will come forth from you. Genesis 17:6

I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your descendants after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be God to you and to your descendants after you. Genesis 17:7

I will give to you and to your descendants after you, the land of your sojournings, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God. Genesis 17:8

The Things God Determined To Do For Abram

1.HIS PROMISE IS PERSONAL a. “I will establish My covenant between Me and you” Genesis 15:18 – “On that day the Lord made a covenant with Abram” – In order for a covenant to live, something has to die! Genesis 17:2

What does God mean when He says, “I will make you?”

Like melting silver (metal) to remove the dross (impurities). Ezekiel 22:21

Once God established His will before Abraham; Abraham had to decide to conform his will to God. If you believe, then this is how you will behave.
