This was a brilliant presentation that aligned with my middle school health curriculum perfectly. My students were very excited to meet Miss Washington, but all speakers were very capable of calming them down and keeping their attention for the entire time. My students walked away building their knowledge of the negative side effects of drugs and alcohol and added to that knowledge an understanding of how companies and advertising try to get their attention, build brand loyalty, and make the very young life long customers. With this knowledge I feel they are better prepared to stand up to peer pressure and the temptations of drug and alcohol advertising in the future. I cannot say enough good things about this presentation and how fortunate I was to have them in my classroom. From a teacher…
