Presentation transcript:

A long long time ago there was something that was called a T- Rex.

And I am not talking about the British boy band that was popular around 1967.

The T- Rex that I am talking about is the Dinosaur.

There are many places where you may have seen this dinosaur. You may have seen it in Dinosaur Train, Toy Story, books, movies like Jurassic Park, or maybe from another teacher

They are considered to be extinct. The only sign that they lived are fossils people have found.

T-Rexs are Huge dinosaurs they are as long as a bus. They are 40 feet long and stand at 15 to 20 feet.

What did they eat? Well they were considered a carnivore. Which also means that they ate meat. They were one of the only Dinosaurs to do that.

It was said that they had a 4 foot long Jaw and that a T- Rex could eat up to 500 pounds of meat in one bite.

The T-Rex had a very powerful tail and thighs which made it able to run faster and move quicker.

The T- Rex ended up being one of the most powerful dinosaurs of there time.

Even though they are not around today there memories live on and we are still learning and finding fossils even today.
