TEAM MANAGER for Track & Field New Features in Release 4.0

About TFTM 4.0 Welcome to TEAM MANAGER 4.0 for Track & Field (TFTM), HY-TEK's 4th generation of Team Management software for Track & Field. TEAM MANAGER 4.0 is the natural follow-on to TEAM MANAGER 3.0 that was released in August of TFTM 4.0 has over 25 new features, many of which will be described here. This presentation assumes that you are already familiar with the TEAM MANAGER 3.0 software. HY-TEK Sports Software part of the Active Network

Tech Support HY-TEK’s new TFTM 4.0 comes with FREE technical support for the life of the product. Support for TFTM 3.0 will be discontinued on December 31, 2011.

HY-TEK Sports Software part of the Active Network With MEET MANAGER Exports meet entries to TFMM 2.0 or TFMM 3.0 Imports results from TFMM 2.0 or TFMM 3.0 With TEAM MANAGER A TFTM 3.0 database is totally compatible with a new TFTM 4.0 database and vice-versa. Compatibility

New Features (1) Miscellaneous Features TFTM 4.0 now includes 5 more custom fields in the Athletes set up screen. A feature has been added to the English/Metric Conversion under Preferences to show average 1000m or average mile. The Event Note field has been changed to be consistent with how it is handled in TFMM 3.0. An option to specify a "County" Option instead of State or Province is available in TFTM 4.0. The Country field is now a mandatory choice in the System Preferences screen. HY-TEK Sports Software part of the Active Network

More New Features (2) When using a siblings address information TM now updates secondary contact information. The Athlete set up now offers the option to add the date of joining a club. The Athlete set up now offers the option to add the date of joining a group. The labeling for the Team Maintenance screen has been changed to match the field labels in TFMM 3.0. New Records can be populated on the fly right from the Records screen. The max entries feature in TFTM 4.0 now matches what is in TFMM 3.0. HY-TEK Sports Software part of the Active Network

More New Features (3) A new Meet Host Deadline feature has been added in the Meet Maintenance screen. On the Meet List screen, TFTM 4.0 now includes the following new columns - Meet Host Deadline, Athletes Entered, Last Exported. TFTM 4.0 now offers a Show Relay Entries checkbox in Entries by Name. More New Features (6) Reports TFTM 4.0 now supports the Athlete filters on the Custom Athlete Report like age division. The Top Marks report now offers the option to Ignore Event Notes. A Team Region filter has been added to the Top Marks report. A Team Region filter has been added to the Top Marks SS Report. The Meet Entry Report now supports the "Totals on Separate page" option.
