Manning Fuel Reduction Project Objectives –Reduce the risk to human life and property from wildfire by removing dead and dying pine trees near communities, facilities and infrastructure; –Reduce the potential for catastrophic wildfires which impacts ecological values and to facilitate ecosystem restoration (prescribed fire).
