Instructional Goal Using Dreamweaver to create a basic web page

Learner Analysis An elective course that meets the requirements for an online degree. This class is designed for adults in a college setting. Prerequisite skills required. (Target audience= online class of adult learners at college level with computer, computer equipment to meet Dreamweaver requirements, broadband internet connection and experience using computer programs).
