LEGAL CAREERS ACADEMY This program is designed to allow students to explore multidisciplinary legal professions and engage in on-site observations at a variety of legal and law enforcement facilities.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCEPTANCE: Demonstrates a sincere interest in legal careers. Exhibits maturity and an ability to work independently and in teams. Meets graduation requirements at the secondary level. Plans to attend college or training program. Completes the junior year of high school Maintains at least a B average. Obtains the necessary recommendations. Completes a letter of interest.

ATTICA CASE STUDIES In October, Lt. Dixon visited the class and assigned students criminal cases where prisoners were being prosecuted. Students attended the court case when their case was being heard.
