Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) For a Project to be included: Must have a useful life greater than 5 Years and meet one of the following: – Level of Service Project (1985 Growth Mgmt Act) – Real Property Acquisition – Construction, Repair or Improvements costing a minimum of $50,000 – New Infrastructure costing a minimum of $50,000 – New Vehicle/Equipment Purchases having a singular cost in excess of $50,000
Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) The Proposed Plan Includes 123 Projects at an estimated cost of $148 million dollars. 79 Projects have been carried forward from the prior year totaling $133 million dollars. 44 New Projects have been added totaling $15 million dollars. Proposed funding for totals $21 million dollars allocated to 43 Projects.
