2 Corinthians 5:17 – “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!”

Exactly what does it mean to be “in Christ?”

To be in Christ is to have a close, intimate relationship with Him through a faith decision.

Think of a corked bottle under a water fall.

Christ is the only one who can give us a fresh start from the inside out. Definition of hope:

This is not available on the DIY network.

It is like a heart transplant.

No matter what you were before you found Christ as your Savior, He will change you so much that you will not be the same person.

You will have new views

You will have new motives

You will have new principles

You will have new plans

You will have new purpose

You must have a new heart from Jesus if you would be a new creature.

This is what Jesus talked to Nicodemus about.

Ezekiel 36:26-27: “I will give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you; I will take the heart of stone out of your flesh

and give you a heart of flesh. I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes,

and you will keep My judgments and do them.”

Are you a new creation of Jesus?

You can have a brand new start today.

Jesus is here and is waiting to make the heart transplant.
