“Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see.”

6. Hope is necessary for life change.
Zechariah 9:12
“Return to your fortress, O prisoners of hope; even now I announce that I will restore twice as much to you.”
Hope is created by promise.
Life changing hope becomes reality when you believe the promises of God.

7. Psalm 119:114
“You are my refuge and my shield; I have put my hope in your word.”
John 1:12
“Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God …”
John 3:35-36
“The Father loves the Son and has placed everything in his hands. Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on him.”
