Resolution for CDM PoAs Resolution for CDM project activities MINISTERIAL RESOLUTIONS FOR THE NATIONAL APPROVAL OF CDM PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND CDM PROGRAMMES OF ACTIVITIES-POA Include: procedures, requirements and sustainable development evidences. Procedures : The Ministry has 20 days for the national approval process. Requirements : CDM PoAs: 10 are obligatory CDM Project Activities: 8 are obligatory Sustainable development evidences: CDM PoAs and Project Activities: 2 out of 7 are obligatory

¿HOW DOES THE DNA ENSURE THAT THOSE REQUIREMENTS ARE FOLLOWED BY PPS? After the project registration a sustainable development monitoring takes place Complaints, grievances and suggestions from the community are revised, as well as, the project sustainable development commitments During 2014, 18 CDM projects with CERs issued have been under monitoring In 2015, registered CDM projects/PoA will be monitored Curva de Rodas and La Pradera landfill gas managment project
