The Chocoholic By Dévora Darias Vampire

T he dear night of Halloween, as it is the tradition, children went out to look for sweets, dressed up with terrible costumes to scare people. All children were happy going to the houses while they said: trick or treat?, but one day it all changed because a bad man did a terrible thing… That day, little Tom prepared two bags for the sweets decorated with bats and pumpkins. He also prepared a ghost costume, so nobody was going to know who he was. One of Tom´s friends, Paul, knocked on the door; he was dressed with a funny pumpkin costume. He also had two bags for the candies. They went together across their street saying, trick or treat?, they met their friends, they laughed and ate a lot…but just when they were coming back to Tom’s house, suddenly a man appeared from behind some trees and they began to scream and run, then the man also began to run after them but they could escape. When they arrived at Tom’s house,

they took off their costumes and went to Tom’s room, they watched a film, The Count Dracula… Suddenly the man appeared again, but this time he was behind the window of Tom’s room, they screamed and the man disappeared. The man came back while they were sleeping and…he stole all the sweets!, when the children got up they were really sad… So, from this day on, children don’t leave their sweets for the next day of Halloween, so nobody will be able to steal their sweets.
