Minnesota Eye Consultantswww.mneye.com Conclusion Presbyopic intraocular lenses offer the possibility of functional distance and near vision, without the use of glasses in many patients. Preoperative counseling is important in setting appropriate expectations for the procedure, and additional effort in the preoperative and postoperative period is important in obtaining a good result.
