Costa Rica is a country in Central America, bordered by Nicaragua to the north, Panama to the southeast, the Pacific Ocean to the west, and the Caribbean Sea to the east.

The Wildlife of Costa Rica is made up of all the animals and plants that live in Central America. Costa Rica supports an enormous variety of wildlife. This is because of it’s location between the North and South American continents. Costa Rica is home to more than 500,000 species, which represents nearly 4% of the total species estimated in the world.Costa Ricaspecies

Costa Rica has a ton of different flowers. – well over 10,000 species of plants have been found in Costa Rica, and more are being added to the list every year. Orchids alone account for about 1,300 species.
