What is Weight Watchers?  Weight Watchers is a weight-loss plan that really works!  Each food item is calculated into Points. How much can I eat?  It’s a question on every perspective member’s mind…How much can I eat?  The amount of points that you have to spend on food depends on your gender, height, and weight!  In addition to your regular weekly points, a member has 49 extra points to spend on food per week!

What can I eat on the Weight Watchers plan?  The best part of the Weight Watchers plan is that you can eat ANYTHING!  Each food has a set number of points associated with it, so you can eat whatever you want but you strive to eat within your allotted points for the day.
