SHAPING THE PERFECTION Sales partner gets from Gembird Full unrestricted access to products true cost and other confidential Gembird company information Full unrestricted access to the company ERP system Business card with Gembird credentials and Gembird e- mail address so that he looks like an ordinary Gembird employee to the outer world Training and technical support Samples of products Promotional materials

SHAPING THE PERFECTION Sales partner activity Approach companies on behalf of Gembird Set the selling prices to these companies into the system (as individual quotations or a price list) The companies would then become direct clients of Gembird and could place orders automatically via Gembird b2b system (sales partner gets always automatically informed about their orders) Shares 50% of the gross profit (difference between the selling price and the cost) Shares 50% of the eventual sales-related expenses (pre-authorized by Gembird) Gembird Client Sales partner 50% of the profit Direct sales and payment, eventually with payment terms Sets prices

SHAPING THE PERFECTION Sales partner gets paid On monthly basis the sales partner prints out the sales statistics report available from the Gembird ERP system. This report specifies the gross profit made within the period, eventual sales-related expenses etc. Prepares an invoice for the calculated amount Gets paid = done!!!
