21 Ticketing Aggressive Cars and Trucks (TACT) Enforcement/Partnership/ Education/Outreach Demonstration program for high-visibility enforcement Through a partnership between the Washington State Patrol and the Washington Trucking Association, troopers ride in volunteer trucks. If unsafe driver behavior is observed, it is then radioed to waiting patrol cars to stop and ticket violators. BOTH TRUCK AND CAR DRIVERS!
