Common Uses Brain Neck Heart Chest Abdomen ect

Problems with MRI Duration of exam Noise from machine Inability for people with metal implants to use scan Smallness of machine (diameter of machine) Ability of patients getting claustrophobia

Corrections New ability for those with metal implants to use machine Glass siding for machine (reduce risk of claustrophobia) New ability of taking exam 7 times faster than before

Conclusion Produces clearest exam results Still in infancy (more improvements can occur)
