Why do we care? Currently in the world fossil fuels are the primary source of energy. (think oil) This is a NON-RENEWABLE energy source- meaning someday it will be gone! The U.S. only has 5% of the world’s population, yet uses 25% of the world’s fossil fuels (this is bad) As the fuel runs out. Prices go up. Simple supply and demand. Soon- gas could be $10 a gallon! WE NEED A RENEWABLE SOURCE (something that is replenished naturally)
