External urine drainage tool is easy to use and safe to drain the urine on the client.

 Action needs urine elimination was performed on clients who are not able to meet the needs of independent elimination of urine in the toilets. This do by using three ways of using the potty (reservoirs), catheters (tubes), and condoms.

1. Collecting urine and urine controls inkontinen 2. Clients can perform physical activity without feeling ashamed because of the leakage of urine (wetting) 3. Prevent skin irritation due to urine inkontinen 4. Maintaining a patient's perineal hygiene inkontinesia 5. Maintaining elimination urination

 a. Client preparation 1) Saying hello therapeutic. 2) Introduce yourself. 3) Explain to the client and family about the procedure and purpose of the action to be implemented. 4) The explanation given to understand the client / family.

5) During the communication language used is clear, systematic and non-threatening. 6) Client / family are given the opportunity to ask for clarification. 7) for communications privacy valued clients. 8) To show patience, empathy, courteous, and the attention and respect for communicating and taking action 9) Make a contract (time, place and actions to be taken)

1) membrane condom catheter 2) Strip elastic 3) urine reservoir bags with drainage tubes 4) The basin with warm water and soap 5) Towels and washcloths 6) Blanket bath 7) Gloves 8) Scissors

 a. Wash hands b. Close the door or bedside curtains c. Explain the procedure to the client d. Use gloves e. Help clients in supine position. Put a blanket over the upper body and lower extremities with the lid bath blanket so that only the exposed genitalia f. Clean the genitalia with soap and water, dry thoroughly

g. Prepare a urine drainage bag in order to wear it to bed. h. With non-dominant hand hold the penis with a strong client along the stems. With the dominant hand, hold the bag of condoms on the tip of the penis and gently attach to the tip of the penis i. Save 2.5 to 5 cm space between the glands penis and the condom j. Wrap shaft of the penis with elastic adhesive.

 k. Connect the drainage tube at the end of the condom catheter l. Position the client in a safe position m. Patients returned timming n. Timming tool again o. Washing hands

 p. Implement documentation: 1) Record actions taken and results and client response to the client record sheet 2) Record the date and hour of action and a nurse who did and signature / initials on the client record sheet.
