History PSI-WS7 has its origins 20 years ago in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. This development was a new approach to dealing with the heavy paraffin waxes and asphaltenes present in those limestone, shale and sandstone formations. The product has now been refined and has built on those early successes with current activity in the Middle East, backed up with independent third party verification.

Services with PSI-WS7 Equipment cleaning Crude tank cleaning

Services with PSI-WS7 Demulsifying Pit Cleaning

Services with PSI-WS7 Well stimulation Hot oil services

Services with PSI-WS7 Chemical injection

Common problems Paraffin and asphaltene wax formation Pipeline plugging or restrictions Corrosion of pipeline, tanks and equipment Wax build up in pipeline or plant facilities Scaling and emulsions Difficulties in removing H2S Excessive pressure, reduced volumes Low productivity High maintenance costs

What is PSI-WS7? PSI-WS7 is a charge soap or an anionic surfactant It has an affinity for any positively charged carbon or stainless steel surface, where it is drawn to the steel it forms a protective barrier film Typically, results can vary depending on project but can be as short as 24 hours

Features of PSI-WS7 Single product – multi purpose surfactant Corrosion control and prevention Paraffin/asphaltene control and prevention (incl. crystalline wax) Drag reducer Cleans pipe lines, pumps, valves and equipment Cleans tanks and facilities Chemical injection services Well stimulation and work over Emulsion control and breaking Reduces maintenance down time

Benefits of using PSI-WS7 Single product corrosion and wax inhibitor Solution drops out into the water and is water soluble Environmentally friendly and safe to administer Effective for onshore/offshore operations Cost effective and in most cases can reduce overall costs of chemical program

Application considerations for PSI-WS7 Pipeline dimensions Product being transported Flow rates Gas and oil analysis Facility size Availability of injection points, pumps Services available: power, water, workforce camp Brief history of identified problems Specifications of equipment related to problem

Application benefits of PSI-WS7 No limiting or restricting flow during injection process PSI-WS7 works quickly giving improved performance of valves, instrumentation and plant efficiency Results often seen in just 24 hours: sales tanks cleaned flare tanks cleaned process vessels and lines cleaned clean and clear separation of water
