 To understand the E-Learning Program  To be able to identify and select a school for E- Learning  To implement and execute E-Learning  To fund E-Learning project including grant  To report a completed project  To measure the impact  To know the responsibilities of District/Club Teams Learning Objectives

 A new way to learn: Audio-visual, animated, interactive learning  Superior quality of voice over improves language abilities of students and teachers  Education as a leveler: standardization of content and teaching methods across schools  Learning made fun for students: Better learning outcomes Better attendance Advantages of E-learning

 E-Learning to improve quality of student learning and teacher methodology  The requisites of E-Learning are: A projector/ television A white screen for projection Software as per State Board and local language and curriculum Electricity or solar power enabling projector/television RILM E-learning Program

Picks schools which:  Are Government/Government Aided Primary/Elementary Schools  Have at least two teachers  Have electricity or solar power connection  Have one pucca classroom with a white wall  Offer to contribute Rs. 10,000/- to the total cost of e-learning installation Selecting Schools

 The total cost of e-learning installation could be Rs. 30,000/- to Rs. 40,000/-  RILM Grant will be Rs. 10,000/- of the total cost  Schools are requested to pay Rs.10,000/-  Fill in online E-Learning Grant Application Form No. E1 for RILM Grant  Upload E-Learning Project in the Grant application form to avail grant as reimbursement Financing E-learning Installations

1.What is the learning experience of 1/3 rd of students in an e-learning supported class? 2.What is the teaching experience of teachers in using e-learning ? 3.Do parents feel their child’s learning experience has improved? Impact Assessment

1.Attend Level-I Training program and conduct Level-II Training in the slot allotted for ELP. 2.Motivate Clubs to take up ELP 3.Set timelines for execution of the various ELP 4.Monitor progress of the Rotary Clubs executing the EL Responsibility of District E-Learning Committee Chair and Members Disseminate information received from ZLC 8. Ensure upload of all completed projects by all Clubs concerned
