SB 898 Energy Goals SB 898 requires that each political subdivision, institution of higher education, or state agency shall establish a goal to reduce electric consumption by the entity by at least five percent (5%) each state fiscal year for 10 years, beginning September 1, 2011 As a result, City should decrease consumption from 754 MkWh to 452 MkWh in FY 21, a 40% reduction 9
