The white space delineates the viewable area for TV screen. Any content out of the white space will not be viewable on the TV screen. 1 inch Margin is good.

Within PPT, Convert graphics to Enhanced metafile. 1)Copy a graphic image on PPT. (Edit/copy) 2)Choose “Paste Special” (Edit/paste Special). 3)Choose “picture(Enhanced metafile)” IMPORTING GRAPHICS INTO PPT. - Convert any graphic formats to gif and jpeg x 480 Maximum size - 72 dpi only. jpeg, gif, or Enhanced meta file(wmf).

Bad Colors - Never use RED and low contrast colors with a background color

Converting PPT to PDF -You have to make sure all graphics have 72dpi(default) or less than 150 dpi. Scanning images for PDF or PPT - If you scan a document in 150 dpi or high resolutions, the file size of PDF will be not downloadable on the web.

If a converted PDF file is larger than 1 MB, open the PDF file in Acrobat software and choose the option below.
