Tips for Title/Headers Bar Color
How to change the background color for the poster title and headers:
Right click on the bar and select Format Autoshape.) When the pop-up window comes up, select your color under “Fill” and then “Color” menu. For more effects select Fill Effects under the Color option.

Tips for Inserting Graphs or Images
Image checking procedure: Images should be at least in 300 dpi for color pictures and preferably in 600 dpi for graphics. For color pictures, use 16 millions colors only for photographs, but reduce color depth to 256 colors for logos, graphs, and other pictures with simple, plain colored zones. The final size of an image in pixels should such that it can be reduced to about 25 % (1/4th) of its original size after insertion (copy/paste) in THIS PowerPoint template. If the image cannot be reduced to 1/4th of its size, try to replace it with a larger one (more dpi; Note: This should not be done by manually stretching the image to a larger size in PowerPoint but by starting from the original image [in PaintShop].)
Formats: save and work with your image as a .psp (PaintShop) file. Use .jpg format only if needed and only with pictures (photographs) and avoic compression levels > 30%. Use .gif format only for logos of graphs. Use of .tif format is NOT recommended.
To resize an image – Click on the image, hold the Shift key down and drag the bottom right corner to resize the image in proportion.
