 Industrial Engineers of the Santiago Stock Exchange Streamlined its Security  Implementing IBM’s Security Products in December of  Allowed “the exchange to increase its capacity to over 3,000 orders per second, 100 times greater than at present, and reduce its latency to two milliseconds, 100 times lower than its current level.”  Allowed the Stock Exchange to be placed “in the vanguard of the world's regional exchanges.”

Engineering and the Santiago Stock Exchange Industrial engineering is very important to streamline the Santiago Stock Exchange. The administrators and managers of the stock exchange all consider themselves to be engineers. The exchange states in their company mission that they are dedicated to innovation, efficiency, and technology.
