Should Companies be allowed to fix employee wages? By Ethan Catherman

The Issues Corporations say they should be able to work together on things without undue interference The individuals in question should be able to fairly create competition.

Advantages and Disadvantages If these companies fix wages then when they work together on projects they won’t try to hire employees away from other companies. This situation makes it more difficult for employees to get higher paying jobs.

A good midway solution The companies agreed that instead of fixing prices they just can’t tell prospective employees anything about their pay until they no longer work for their old company.

Conclusion Companies don’t have the right to fix wages but they do need to work well together so they need to find another solution
