Conclusions Insurance – Medicaid PC- focused in Troy and Cities of Albany and Schenectady TAR- W. Rensselaer and NE Albany County but NOT Schenectady County – Privately Insured PC- Extended beyond Medicaid TAR- Subsection of Albany and Schenectady County – Self-Pay TAR- Schenectady, Eastern Albany, and Western Rensselaer County
