ACCOUNT CREATION Here we can create our prospective customers. The contacts for the accounts can be set here. Every contact will be displayed in the Account form. We can select the appropriate method for contacting like Call, , Bulk etc..

LEAD ENTRY It is the first step of making an order. The source of the lead can be specified. Each Lead can be assigned to a Particular Sales executive. We can set priorities to the lead We can set the next follow-up date for the lead Once the lead is converted to opportunity it will be erased automatically.

OPPORTUNITY Direct and indirect opportunities can be made. Here we can specify the details of the product needed by the customer. The competitor details are displayed when the product is selected. The opportunity can be converted to either Quotation or Order. Once the Opportunity is converted the Status also get changed.

ORDER Direct and Indirect orders can be made. In indirect order : Orders will come from either Opportunity or Quotation We can generate Invoice from the order screen Itself. We can convert the Order into Sale Order in the inventory module. Once the order is converted to sales order the account will be considered as normal customer in all modules.

EXECUTIVE TIME SHEET Work details of each sales executive can be entered. Track all the calls made by the sales executives at different stages of the order.
