INTRODUCTION A normal day for most working busy people consists of a constant string of tasks like go to work, get the kids ready for school. There are many pressures on how we spend our bit of free time. Here are some ways to get the most out of your few minutes of exercise time.

SELECT A TIME FOR A WEEKLY PLANNING SESSION In order to locate pockets of time for each upcoming week. Get your calendar out; you won't need more than 15 minutes to organize your schedule. To keep yourself reminded of the time you've designated for daily Exercise.

TAKE A LONG WALK During your lunch break is a nice way to relax and get your daily quota of exercise. It also has the added benefit of not being terribly strenuous, so you shouldn’t come back to the office dripping with sweat. If you live close enough to work, one other option is to walk or ride a bicycle to work for the day.

NOW FORGET THE GYM It takes both, time and money to dedicate to working out at a gym. If you don’t mind the great outdoors, pick up your running shoes and step out your front door. The most relaxing way to unwind after a stressful day, especially if you live in an area with pretty scenery. But if you live in Metropolitan City You will find lots pit, dug hole.

AVOID THE ELAVATOR This is perhaps the easiest way to get some good, quick exercise. To goodbye to the elevator and take the stairs each day. There is a reason athletes run up and down stairs all the time

BE SMART AT DINNER TIME The long awaited time has arrived and all of the foods you know and love are right in front of you. It is ok to eat and enjoy them, but do it rationally. Choose white meat instead of dark meat if you can. white meat will save you 50 calories and 4 grams of fat when compared to dark. Be careful with dishes like mashed potatoes and casseroles. They are usually loaded with whole milk, cheese, cream cheese, sour cream and butter just to name a few ingredients. This adds up to massive amounts of fat resulting in very high calories.

SUMMER DIET PLAN PROPOSAL Summer is imminent which means for most us, it’s time to get beach ready. If you’re exhausted from being fed cookie-cutter diet plans with zero individuality, then look no further. Everyone responds differently to diet and has specific needs, tolerances and challenges. The only way you can truly reach your ultimate goal without sacrificing your health and metabolism is by adopting a customized diet plan.
