When did it happen?  Do you know what happened in The California Gold Rush ? Well, it happened In in the state of California.

What Happened?  People argued over the land claims and some tried to cheat others by saying there was gold nuggets on their land.

Why did it happen?  Because of the arguments there were no laws when the Gold Rush began. Then more people argued over their land.

Who Was Involved  The people that were involved were John Sutter, John W Marshall, and Phillip Armour.

Where Did It Happen? It happened in the yellow highlighted areas of California and in the Sierra Nevada mountains.
