PL01-PL02 Scanning Scanned sample : BL007, BL039, BL040 Scanning area size : 10cm x 8cm (8cm x 8cm for BL007) Scanning time : 4.5h x 4 layer = 18 hour / 2 plates Scanning with S-UTS hardware (Camera + Pre-Processor) Track recognition unit : UTS Current performance 20 cm 2 / hour tan(theta_X) < 0.15 and tan(theta_Y) < 0.15 P.H. > 9 or 10 ( eff. ~ 75% / plate )

Summary S-UTS version-0 works well for large area scanning. ~ 100 tracks / brick found as beam-related tracks without SFT information. Scanning of other bricks are on progress. Track follow procedure is now starting. PEANUT shift members work well ! Brick assembling accuracy is good.
