Individuals are insured for their professional negligence arising from their performance of Yachting Australia accredited activities and the delivery of Yachting Australia accredited courses. The Policy indemnifies all accredited individuals for amounts which they may become legally liable to pay as compensation to a Third Party for personal injury or property damage.
