Fasting blood glucose mg/dl (Impaired Fasting Glucose, IFG) OR mg/dl 2. 2-hour glucose mg/dl (Impaired Glucose Tolerance, IGT) OR > 5.7 and 5.7 and < 6.5 (note: this remains an area of controversy for the diabetes community. Our best evidence suggests this cut-off at this time.)  Exclusion of Individuals  Pre-existing diagnosis of prediabetes  Monitoring/Follow-up of Participants with Prediabetes  Monitoring/Follow-up of Individuals Who Are Screened but Not Diagnosed with Prediabetes
