Cooper & Reimann... “Simply put, interaction design is the definition and design of the behavior of artifacts, environments and systems, as well as the formal elements that communicate that behavior” Sus... I heartily agree with this definition although I would like to add that we do not only design the behavior of objects – in a sense we try to design the behavior of the users as well. To me, interaction design is always a matter of consideration, compromise and communication.
